Who am I?
Hi, my name's Ben Hucker.
I'm a financial markets guy turned writer with a knack for helping companies write copy and content that sticks.
For 12 years I worked for some big banks and fund managers and struggled with the monotony of being tied to a desk.
With time, I became more interested in becoming a professional writer and became LESS and LESS interested in working for an institution. I decided to take the big leap and set up shop as a freelance copywriter in 2014, age 32.
Now I use my skills and knowledge honed in the city to help companies craft a message that's worth remembering.
You know your business better than anyone. But without a professional copywriter or content strategy, there's a chance you'll miss the forest for the trees.

There's probably a good chance I don't know you from a bar of soap so here's a little fun fact about me. I'm a surfing addict and if I'm not writing then I'm either surfing at 13th Beach or at Point Impossible on the Surf Coast in Victoria. Surfing fulfils my desire for "enjoyment of life!"
